Refund and Cancellation Policy
How cancelling a Code4 plan works and when Code4 refunds a charge. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

How billing works
Plans are billed monthly, per user, in US dollars, at the start of each monthly period. For now monthly billing is the only option.
A subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel it. Prices are listed on our pricing page, and taxes may apply.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime by email. You do not need to give a reason.
Access continues to the end of the period you already paid for, and the subscription does not renew after that. No further charges are made after you cancel.
If you cancel by email, write from the address of the account owner or an administrator and name your organization, so we can confirm the request comes from you. We confirm every cancellation in writing.
Refunds
Plans are billed monthly, and there are no refunds for a partly used period. This also applies when you remove users or use the service less during a period: the change takes effect from the next period.
A duplicate or erroneous charge is refunded in full. Write to us and name the charge: the date, the amount and the last four digits of the card. Please tell us within 60 days of the charge.
If Code4 discontinues the service, or ends your subscription for a reason other than your breach of the Terms of Service, we refund the unused part of the current paid period.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the payment method used for the original charge. We process them within 5 business days of confirming them; your bank or card issuer may take another 5 to 10 business days to show the money in your account.
Price changes
We tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your subscription. You can cancel before the new price takes effect and you will not be charged it.
Enterprise and self-hosted plans
Plans billed under a written agreement, including enterprise and self-hosted plans, follow the cancellation and refund terms of that agreement.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right to a refund that the law where you live gives you and that cannot be waived by agreement.
